This pattern uses US crochet terms.

Yarn: 50% acryl, 50% wool, super chunky (for 8mm hook, I have used hook size 9 for the scarf)
Hook size: 9mm/M
Stitches used: ch, dc, sc

Scarf pattern:

Ch 18

Row 1
sc in second ch from hook, sc till end (17 st)

Row 2
ch2, *sc in next st, dc in same st, skip one st*, rep from * till end, finish with one sc in the last st, turn

Repeat Row 2 till the desired lenght is reached.

End with 2 rows of sc:
ch1, sc in same st, sc till the end, turn
Repeat this row one more time

Sew a flower or any embelishment you wish.

I have tried different flowers but they didn't go well with this yarn size. And finally ended with this pretty simple flower.

Flower/Star pattern:

Start with magic ring. 5 sc into the ring, ss in the first sc (5 sc)
round 1: ch1, sc in same st, 2 sc in every st, ss at the end (10 sc)
round 2: ch1, sc in same st, *1 sc in next st, 2 sc in next st*, repeat till end, ss at the end (15 sc)
round 3: ch 1, *dc and trc in next st, ch2, trc and dc in next st, sc in next st*, repeat * - * 4 more times, end with ss in ch1
round 4: join another color and make a round with sc in each st, 2 sc at the tops of the star

Thats it :)

    1. I have used around 100 gr, 2 skeins of 50gr. Could use one more to make it longer.

  3. Hi!! Does the ch 2 count as a stitch? When it says to sc/dc “in the next stitch” at the start of the row, is it the first or second stitch from the hook?
